Can I return my furniture?

We offer a 7 day customer satisfaction guarantee, and will work with you to improve, fix, repair or resolve the issue or problem you are finding. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new furniture or product.

Every individual piece is original and specially handcrafted just for you! It will vary slightly depending on wood species with color, tone, and detail of wood grains. We try to make it look like the picture as best we can, but because of the uniqueness of each wood piece, please keep in mind that it will not look exactly like the picture. What you are guaranteed is that your piece will be very unique in some way!

Can you ship to my house or business?

Yes. We can arrange shipping if you are not able to pickup. The fee for shipping will depend on where you need the item shipped. We use uShip to get the best shipping rates. If your item is over 40″ X 40″, we will package the item for $99 and then get a quote to make sure you get the best rate.

You may also pick up your purchase in Marysville, OH. After your transaction is complete and your payment has been received, we will send you the necessary details to pick up your item.

How Do I care For My Farmhouse Furniture

The wood type and finish will determine the care that will be necessary. We will provide you with detailed instructions to help ensure you are well equipped to preserve your furniture so it lasts a lifetime!
